3rd Grade enjoyed a Grinch Day at Eckels Memorial Library. Students listened to stories, watched The Grinch, had a picnic lunch, and explored all the fun the library had to offer. Thanks Mrs. Rose for a great day.

Students know about mental health and safety concerns among their peers before adults do. Safe+Sound Iowa offers free, secure, anonymous tools for students to share concerns or threats of violence without worry.
Mrs. Byers implemented an illustrative math lesson on addition and subtraction of teen numbers to her 1st graders! Our students are becoming quite the little mathematicians through our new curriculum that encourages more partner work and student-based learning.

GREAT NEWS! The Riverside Booster Club has generously donated funds to cover the cost of an activity pass for ALL Riverside students for the 2023-24 school year! Each student will be required to show their student ID at the gate for each home event. Each student was recently issued a new student ID card at school. Thank you Riverside Booster Club!🎫

When a decision is made, it will be communicated to our families as quickly as possible. If school is delayed or canceled, the goal is to notify the community no later than 6:00 AM. If school will dismiss early, we hope to communicate that no later than noon.
