ISASP testing for students in grades 3-11 will take place the week of April 20. We are asking families to help make sure all student devices are ready for testing!

If your child is experiencing issues with their school-issued Chromebook, such as missing keys or functionality concerns, please encourage them to visit the tech office at the middle school or notify their teacher as soon as possible. 💻

Taking care of device needs now will help create a smooth testing week for everyone!

Students in our Computer Systems Class are getting hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools in the new MHS computer lab! Using Fusion 360, they’re learning how to create precise 3D models, develop problem-solving skills, and bring their ideas to life through engineering and design. From simple sketches to complex parts, it’s exciting to see creativity and technology come together as students build skills for future careers. #WeRRiverside

Perseverance is the CKH Character Trait that we will focus on during the month of April with students during their weekly CKH lessons.

Why focus on Perseverance?
Perseverance encourages positive self-talk and thinking. When faced with difficult tasks, perseverance helps students reframe with positive thoughts, such as: "I'm not good at this YET!"
Perseverance develops empathy. Students gain a better understanding of who they are and develop more empathy and compassion for others who may struggle to reach a goal.
Perseverance sparks personal growth. Pushing through complex tasks builds resilience and helps students discover how capable they are.

At Riverside CSD, our kitchen staff does incredible work to make sure students have access to healthy, balanced meals each day. Join us in thanking them for their commitment to student health and wellbeing! 🍎

Our 4th-8th Grade Youth Volleyball Camp sign-ups are now open! Sign-up with the camp form for the grade your athlete will be entering next year. Please return the completed form and payment to Coach Brooke Flathers by May 15th!

MSHS 2026 PE Badminton Champions!!

The JH Student Council hosted an afternoon of fun last Friday for 6th-8th grade students. They participated in dodgeball, kickball, and movies!

We would like to invite community members to join us on March 30 for in-person focus groups facilitated by HYA.

We know that strong school districts are built on strong community involvement. This is a wonderful opportunity for our local leaders, volunteers, and families to share their perspectives on our search for the next Superintendent.
