Today was our annual 5th grade move up day at Riverside MS/HS. During this time together, 5th grade students get introduced to staff, take tours, and participate in a question and answer session with our Junior High Student Council! It was a wonderful day, and we are excited to have the students next year in our building!

The Summer Meals for Kids Site Finder launches May 8 to help families locate free meal sites in their communities. The map will be updated weekly throughout May, with a full list of Iowa sites expected by the end of the month.

Mr. Armstrong and Mr. Wolff's 5th grade classes were able to travel to Botna Bend Park on Friday, May 1st. They were able to learn about erosion, forestry, wildlife, and soil quality that is all native to Iowa.
