What a wonderful day of auditions! The students were an exceptional representation of Riverside.
We will have four students representing the Bulldogs in the Iowa All-State Chorus:
Cassi Peterson, Soprano I
Emma Kroon, Alto I
Sydney Dellinger, Alto I
Kort Rieken, Bass I

Riverside was represented well by five choir members during All-State Choir Auditions. Results will be posted later today. We are so proud of their months of hard work and dedication to representing Riverside at the highest level of music competition in the state of Iowa.

If our community approves the Physical Plant & Equipment Levy (PPEL) November 4, the district would use these funds for:
➡️ Making projected repairs in line with our 2024 facility study
➡️ Purchasing buses to update and maintain our fleet
➡️ Rotating our Chromebooks for students/ staff to ensure we keep devices up to date
➡️ Adding more educational technology throughout our schools
➡️ Providing telehealth mental health supports for students
The voted PPEL would have a rate of $1.34, resulting in an increase of approximately $120.61 per year (or $10.05 per month) on a residential home with an assessed value of $200,000 in our community.

Sophomores kicked off the first group college visit of the school year with a trip to Northwest Missouri State University today! 🌟 Students had the chance to explore campus, ask questions, and continue to imagine their future beyond high school.
At Riverside, it's our mission to ensure every student graduates having the opportunity to experience visits to a private college, a larger university, a smaller state school, and a community college/trade school. These experiences help students see what’s possible and start building their path forward. 💡
A huge THANK YOU to our anonymous donors who made this trip possible. Your generosity helps open doors and shape futures! 💙
