On Tuesday, the voted Physical Plant & Equipment Levy (PPEL) on the ballot for Riverside CSD fell a little short of passing.
As a result, the district will not be able to use these funds for infrastructure and equipment repairs, purchases, and improvements.
Although the voted PPEL was not the right solution for our community at this time, we remain grateful for the productive conversations we have had in the months and weeks leading up to election day. We hope this high level of engagement continues as we move forward.
In the meantime, thank you for your consideration. 🙏
