We welcome Samantha Schmitz to the Riverside team as a 6-12 Vocal Music Teacher! She is thrilled to be joining the Bulldog family, and we are thrilled to have her!
Ms. Schmitz says, “I am so excited to be back close to my family in Southwest Iowa. I grew up on a farm outside of Westphalia, Iowa, and my family still lives there and works in the area. In May of 2024, I will complete my Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from the University of North Texas. My Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Music Education is from Iowa State University. In my free time, I can usually be found listening to one of my favorite podcasts, spending time with my family and friends, watching sports, and cheering on my Iowa State Cyclones! I cannot wait to meet the students and families of the Riverside community, and I am looking forward to many exciting things to come!”
