Today in computer science the first graders are pair programing together! This helps work on communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving which are foundational skills. By working together in pairs, students can share ideas, discuss strategies, and support one another in completing tasks, which enhances their understanding of concepts. This approach encourages teamwork, as students learn to listen to each other’s thoughts, offer help when needed, and work toward a common goal. Additionally, pair programming in early education helps build confidence, promotes social interaction, and lays the foundation for developing critical thinking skills that will be valuable as students progress in their academic journey.

Every school day is an essential opportunity for students to learn and connect with their teachers and peers! 📚🎓🌟
As a general rule, students should miss no more than nine days of school each year to stay engaged and on track for graduation.
Let’s continue to make attendance a top priority this school year and always!
