On Saturday, March 12th, at ADM High School Riverside students competed at State contest for Individuals Speech.
The competitors were as follows:
Senior McCartney Sanny (Poetry); Juniors Kia Meek (Lit. Program), Heidi Millett (Lit. Program), and Kim Smith (After Dinner); Sophomores Allyee Pierson (Prose) and Kyler Rieken (Radio News); Freshmen Holly Hering (Storytelling) and Ally Keener (Poetry).
Results were as follows:
McCartney Sanny, Kim Smith, Allyee Pierson, and Kyler Rieken received straight 1s (the highest scores you can receive at contest); Holly Hering received a mixed 1; and Kia Meek, Heidi Millett, Ally Keener received mixed 2s.
