If an underage student has the permission slip signed, are parents required to be present? No parents will need to be present as long as the 12 year old and above have a signed slip they will receive a vaccination.
Are there any circumstances that would prevent anyone from receiving the vaccine? (i.e. recent exposure, previous COVID-19 diagnosis, etc?) Anyone currently quarantining should continue to do so. Recent vaccines (within 14 days) they will not be able to get a shot until 14 days. People who have had COVID-19 as long as they are done with isolation they can get a shot.
