The 2021-2022 school year is fast approaching. As we start thinking about what next year looks like, please know that we have made a district decision to move away from teacher requests for individual students. While your input and feedback regarding your child's education is important to us, please know that the teachers, staff and administrators put a great amount of thought and consideration into class lists. Every spring, staff meet to discuss what class lists might look like for the following year. There are a lot of different things we look at when coming up with class lists such as student needs, class size and classroom climate. The teachers and staff of both Riverside Elementary buildings will continue to put students in a positive and enriching learning environment that will lead to student success.
