We are excited to introduce Speak Up, a new anonymous and confidential reporting tool designed to help keep our schools and community safe. Speak Up allows anyone to report concerns related to direct threats, troubling behaviors, suspicious activity, or significant changes in behavior.
How Speak Up Works
If you see something or hear of something that doesn’t feel right, Speak Up provides a safe and anonymous way to report it. Your report will be reviewed by the Pottawattamie County Threat Assessment Team, which includes the Council Bluffs Police Department, Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office, school officials, mental health professionals, and community partners.
How to Report
Reporting is simple and secure. Visit www.speakuppc.com and click “Submit a Report.” Please provide as much detail as possible, including any photos, videos, or other evidence. Your identity will remain anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact information for follow-up.
Help Us Spread the Word
Everyone in the community plays a role in maintaining safety. Everyone in the community plays a role in maintaining safety. We encourage you to share this tool with other families and members of our community.
Please remember, Speak Up is not for emergencies and is not monitored 24/7. If there is an immediate danger or emergency, always call 911.
Thank you for your support in helping keep our schools and community safe. If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to reach out.
