- Approved Contract Amendment–Michelle Faxon—Paraprofessional-High Needs Student for the 2020-2021 school year
- Approved Contract Amendment –Cheryl Simmons –Paraprofessional for the 2020-2021 school year
- Approved Contract Amendment–Michaela Vlcek –Paraprofessional for the 2020-2021 school year

- Introduction of the New Staff Members for 2020-2021
- Building Administration Reports-Nick Kroon (Grade 6-12 Principal) and Jason Crum (Grade PK-5 Principal) were present and updated the Board on current happenings in their buildings.
- Technology Update-Dr. Mitchell presented and updated the Board on current happenings in the area of technology.
- Student Achievement Report-Board Goal #1-Jason Crum, John Blair and Kayla Jansen presented and updated the Board on Board Goal #1-Student Achievement. Topic for this meeting: Summer Jump Start Program-more information can be found attached to the agenda
- Fiscal Report-Board Goal #2-Tim Mitchell presented and updated the Board on Board Goal #2-Fiscal Responsibility. Topic for this meeting: 2020 Federal Stimulus and Potential Federal Legislation Summary-more information can be found attached to the agenda
- Facility Report-Board Goal #3-Dr. Mitchell presented and updated the Board on Board Goal #3-Facility Management. Topics for this meeting: Oakland HVAC Update, Oakland Elementary Roof project Update, Hail Claim Update, Follow-up from August 11, 2020 Special Meeting and Facility Committee meeting that will take place on Wednesday August 26, 2020-more information can be found attached to the agenda
- Superintendent Report – Dr. Mitchell provided a report to the Board-More information can be found attached to the agenda
- Dr. Mitchell has updated the 2020-2021 Communication Channel Cheat Sheet-they will be laminated and distributed to the Board
- 2020-2021 Handbooks-Final revisiosn-Due to everything changing on a frequent basis final revisions have yet to be completed. The
- HVAC Project-1st priority-Short-term-HVAC Retrofit at Oakland Elementary

- Financing approved on June 11, 2020-everything has been completed -July 9, 2020 was the completion date
- Contracts have been executed and signed
- 1st Update Meeting held 7-16-2020
- 1st Payment on agenda for approval
- Roof Replacement-Hail Claim to be coordinated with units installed on roof-on agenda for approval
- This will put a 20 year warranty on roof
- This will ensure no issues with 15 additional holes on roof due to HVAC Unit Install
- Expected Completion September 15, 2020
- Comprehensive Facility Study
- Administration and Staff meetings Complete
- Survey results have been forwarded to Jamie Malloy-Studio Melee
- Survey results collected
- FAQ Document Sheet to be completed and distributed
- Potential 10 year plans to be developed for further comment

- Riverside Hall of Fame Class of 2020-The Class of 2020 was announced. A Press release will be out later this week--more information can be found attached to the agend
- 2020-2021 Administrative Organization--more information can be found attached to the agenda
- 2020-2021 Administrative Simple Rules--more information can be found attached to the agenda
- Review Preliminary Audit Findings-The district recently hosted the auditors for the annual audit process. Dr. Mitchell and Dan Rold reviewed the preliminary findings. A complete document will be released at a later date.
